General Manager’s Message
Tawreek Dimensions Establishment (TDE) was established in 2002 as a general contractor in Riyadh Saudi Arabia and soon became a significant participant in construction and maintenance services with projects all over the Kingdom TDE has been providing construction services to a long list of new and repeat clients for several years.
TDE has participated in several projects as sub contractor and occasionally as a main contractor for National Guard, RSAF, KAFD, KFMC, SEC and several Governmental Departments and Commercial Organization. A hands-on approach to the business has given TDE an edge in being able to make decisions quickly and to adapt to the requirements of our clients.
TDE offers to perform all forms of structural, mechanical and electrical installation, construction, plant shutdown repair, refurbishment and planned maintenance services. Our technical teams present a solution that is highly responsive and flexible, with a uniform commitment to safety, quality and efficiency. TDE Est.’s regional presence in locations such as Jeddah, Dammam, and Buraidah is a vital point of competitive difference, as it allows us to offer our clients continuity in the project and maintenance teams working on their sites. These regional satellite branches are supported by our Head Office based in Riyadh.
All Construction and Maintenance activities are supported by technical services including planning and scheduling, civil and electro-mechanical works, reliability engineering, failure analysis and predictive maintenance. TDE Est. also provides specialist supervised labor services, with a database of more than 2,000 technicians experienced in GCC, allowing the company to undertake construction, maintenance and shutdown contracts requirements. The varied and multi-skilled workforce maximizes resource effectiveness in all types of activities, as well as lowering project recruitment costs.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT ( HSE)
TDE believed that the perfect success must come along with the safety of the employees and all participating people. Safety is not only a law or regulation but it is also a matter of righteousness and humanity, a right, which all co-workers must receive, thus, the safety is considered an valuable thing of the organization to be practiced and continuously perpetuated. The Executives and staffs will be assigned to be responsible for the safety in accordance with their respective part of works and that in no event shall safety be considered an additional part of the works but the safety must be the work to be fulfilled and, above all, must come first.
Safety Policy : TDE has set forth safety policy on all staffs as follows: 1. The company shall enhance and create work safety. 2. The company considers that all work performers are valuable resources of the company; hence, the safety of the work performers is the important policy of the company. 3. The company shall render support in order to create work safety and provide equipments and appliances with safety condition including condition and method in operation. 4. The company has prescribed its policy that there shall be a Health Safety and Environmental Committee to map out work and project planning in connection with the safety as well as carrying out the management and development the project plan to efficient success. 5. The company has prescribed it a policy that all superiors have the duties and responsibilities on the matter of work safety of their subordinates in strict compliance with Safety Rules and Regulations prescribed by the company. 6. The company has prescribed it as a policy that all work performers must have the duties and responsibilities for their own work safety as well as the safety of their co-workers in strict compliance with Safety Rules and Regulations prescribed by the company.

TDE supervises all levels of the employees by holding regular safety talks at job sites in order to provide knowledge and comprehension in performing their work relating to health, safety and environmental condition both from their own sites and other sites.

QA/QC POLICY
TDE Est, as a leading Construction Contractor in all aspects of engineering, has adopted a policy to ensure the implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System.
The quality objective of TDE is to continually improve overall performance so that Customers can be provided with a service that ensures safety, reliability and value in all contracts undertaken by the company.
It is our belief that our Customer Quality requirements can only be attained through the active involvement of all employees both within the Company and those assigned for Projects and a continuous update of the QA/QC Systems to meet the standards of work .
This Quality commitment can only be achieved through right training, techniques, supervision and attitude to building a quality product for our Customers.
The Manager, Quality and Safety have the authority and organizational freedom to identify quality problems, to initiate, recommend, or provide solutions, and to verify implementation of Quality Systems.
The Quality Manual, Procedures and Quality Plans form the "key stone" of TDE Principle, to hand over a quality product built in accordance with codes, specifications and clients engineering practices.
The Company Quality Management System is fundamental in the training of all employees and during induction of new employees. This ensures that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization.
It is our policy that only top quality work is turned over to the client, and to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to meet all standards and local regulations. Implementation. The acceptable work classified as Quality Includes: Quality control function Inspection Testing & Examination The quality assurance program, based on the requirements of our key sectors ensures that all work is completed to the highest technical standards based on customer specification and design requirements. To administer the quality control activity the Construction in Charge along the QA/QC person will study the complete scope of work and requirements of the projects are documented, this will involve the preparation and instructions for each activity. The complete function is divided into two phases. The Material and execution procedures for complete work always in accordance with the requirements.

Phase-1 Material On receipt of the work order & documentation by the Construction In Charge & QC man, we notify our vendors, through our procurement staff, to commerce the procurement / delivery of critical material to begin work followed by the remaining materials to be stored in our workshop. We perform all QA/ QC functions to ascertain that all work is performed in accordance with the standards and code of practice. Our supervising engineer will provide the customer engineer with a schedule covering each week. Q.C. activities in advances on a standard format and we provide weekly reports of Quality Control Activities. Phase-2 Work Activity The activities are controlled in the following fashion: QA/ QC person will periodically check and implement QC Norms. The Construction in Charge is briefed about the salient features of each work and a checklist is prepared for their guidance. The QC Activities in general being performed by our QC group is as follows: - Meeting the specifications during work - Only technically acceptable items are used and installed correctly - Control of the Orderly Collection and retrieval of all documentation of Customer and our material.

TRAINING
Having top-quality staff is an area where TAWREEK DIMENSIONS Contracting Est. takes considerable pride and investment; in this year’s first quarter alone, the company provided training of our technical staff for the latest technologies.
TAWREEK DIMENSIONS Contracting Est. provides a number of bi-annual classes which are taught by industry professionals. These include practical, reality-based applications covering Safety Training, Regulatory Training, Management Skills and Construction Knowledge.
