About US

Dimensions Studio is an animation studio is established in 2006

and based in Ramallah, Palestine. Dimensions Studio is a computer

animation studio with the technical, creative and production talent

ready to create the next generation of animated effects and

characters for feature films, commercials, merchandise and other

related products.

Diminutions Studio focuses on producing high quality animation for cartoon series, documentaries, TV commercials,

medical animation and architectural animation. Dimension Studio focuses on cartoon characters making as one of the

core area of its business operations.

Over the past few years we aimed to put the best efforts ever to produce high quality work to our clients. Dimensions

Studio main products are 3D animation, 2D animation, Animation for specific purposes, video editing, Visual Effects

and games programming. Moreover, we have established Dimensions Academy “sister company” that is

specialized in delivering training covering subjects in animations and films production.

Dimensions Studio’s creative team is led by Mr. Hussam Al Khatib, a skilled director, animator and visual effects

maker. Under the guidance of Mr. Hussam, Dimensions has built a creative team that includes highly skilled modelers

and animators who are responsible for creating, writing and animating all produced films. Our technical team is

equally passionate and motivated, with their quest for excellence evidenced by their never-ending task of research,

development and innovation. Our company is also a member in Palestinian IT Association (PITA).

Our Products

3D Animation

Although animation has been with us for as long as a

few decades now, the concept of animation still seem

pretty much magical to the layman. ‘How do you make

drawings come alive on screen?’ is what they usually

ask.

With the invention of 3D animation technology, the

concept of animation becomes even more hazy and

mystical. They still refer to 3D animation as ‘drawing’

and know not a thing about the process that goes on

behind 3D animation

Computer 3D animation refers to the work of creating moving pictures in a digital environment that is three-

dimensional. Through the careful manipulation of objects (3D models) within the 3D software, we can then

export picture sequences which will give the illusion of movement (animation) based on how we manipulate

the objects.

The process of creating 3D animation can be sequentially divided into three phases:

modeling – which describes the process of creating the

3D objects within a scene, layout and animation – which

describes how objects are positioned and animated within

a scene, and rendering – which describes the final output

of the completed computer graphics. Through the

combination of the above phases and a few other sub-

phases, this completes the process of a 3D animation production.

Documentary Animation

Animation for documentaries is one of the more challenging fields in animation, as it involves digesting complex

chunks of information and translating them to visuals that can be comprehended by laymen.

Medical Animation

Medical animation is a very niche area in the animation

field in which many challenges associated to translating

complex medical procedures and occurrences to graphical

form require strong understanding of the medical field.

Having worked with several specialists, pharmaceutical

companies and medical institutions, Dimensions has

garnered the experience and knowledge to work

competently on such projects.

Architectural Animation

Providing high quality animation outsourcing services to

professional architects, realtors and developers; our

services include 3D architectural animation, real estate

animation, 3D modeling, 3D CAD models, 3D

walkthrough, architectural visualization and architectural

rendering. Production of creative modeling and

architectural animation and rendering professionals are

excellent at visualization, which is essential in

understanding the requirements of the project. Houses and companies who wish to create an impressive walkthrough

for their corporate videos or advertisements are a segment of our potential clients.

2D Animation

In traditional 2D animation, pictures are hand-drawn and

every one showing subtle changes from the previous.

When played back sequentially, it creates the illusion of

motion. In stop motion animation, real life models are

moved slightly and filmed. Again, the pictures will create

the illusion of motion when played back. The difference

between 2D and 3D is that 2D characters look cartoonish

and unrealistic. In 3D, characters can look cartoonish but

realistic at the same time. 2D is regularly used for films,

commercial advisement and educational programs

production. Children are usually more attracted to 2D animation.

Films and Video Production

Films production is one of our main customized services; in order to produce high quality films 2D and 3D animation

is integrated with our ability to include other visual effects as well as montage and video editing.

Visual Effects

Visual effects are the various processes by which imagery is

created and/or manipulated outside the context of a live action

shoot. Visual effects often involve the integration of live-action

footage and computer generated imagery (CGI) in order to

create environments which look realistic, but would be

dangerous, costly, or simply impossible to capture on film.

Visual effects encompass both visual effects and cinema tricks.

Dimensions regularly include both 2D and 3D images as well as

other effects such as light, fire, wind etc. Film presenters are

produced using high quality of visual and sound effects.

Video Editing

Video editing is the process of manipulating and

rearranging video shots to create a new work.

Editing is usually considered to be one part of the

post production process — other post-production

tasks include titling, color correction, sound mixing,

etc. Thus video editing includes:

• Rearranging, adding and/or removing

sections of video clips and/or audio clips.

• Applying color correction, filters and other enhancements.

• Creating transitions between clips.

Interactive flash games range from

action/adventure, role-playing,

production values; solid graphics and

sound, engaging storylines and game

Interactive Learning Games

Interactive learning occurs when a student puts together knowledge and skills by connecting with information and

experiences provided by the teacher. The student is engaged both intellectually and emotionally in interactive

learning. Feedback, reflection and dialogue are integral components of interactive learning.

Interactive learning incorporates three primary interaction types. The first is learner-content, in which the student

interacts with the facts, readings and information. In the second style, learner-instructor, the student interacts

primarily with the teacher. In the third format, called learner-learner, students collaborate with one another to

construct knowledge.

It is the processing and editing videos files of all kinds, by cutting, arranging, add

and delete scenes video and adjust speeds, colors, process sounds and the

Advanced Training on 3D Architectonic using AutoCAD 3D,

3D Max and V-Ray

It is specialized in interior design and architectural design, which include 2D

drawing engineering plans that are then submitted for a three-longer rely on

high resolution schemes they will be transferred and designed suing a 3D

design programs. Adding lights to the new design will be impressive and will

make the output more realistic.
