State Registration Process
Initial Registration Checklist
At the start of the new season, the State will be resetting all players, teams, coaches, and managers to a Not Registered competitive level. Date: TBD
All coaches/managers will be removed from team assignments.

Team Ages It is critical that you understand teams
stay in our system from year to year and we increment the “U” year on August 1 each year.
In this example, we selected a 99/00 which is a U15 in the 2014-2015 seasonal year.
On August 1, 2015 it will become a U16, of course it is still a 99/00. If you want a “U16” team for the fall and are making the team prior to 8/1, make it a U15 as the system will age up automatically on 8/1 to U16.

If you need to add a team:1. Click on the Team link and 2. Click Add team

Team accounts are controlled by club.
Default settings will automatically restrict age changes and player changes.
All can be controlled in bulk from the team list.

How to Create or Add Players
The Club Extended program is optional. This is the one module we charge a fee. It allows:
• Parents to register players with your club online
• Electronic payments; credit card and echecks
• Digital signatures on liability waivers…• Emailing to players and parents

SpreadsheetsIf you use paper registration or another online service you can upload players , create and amend team player lists with a spreadsheet.The spreadsheet will require:• First name• Last name• Gender• Date of birth

Assigning Teams
There are several ways to assign players to teams, we showed using a spreadsheet, here we show assigning players directly. We:
1. Selected a gender and age group2. Selected not rostered players3. Selected the players4. Assigned them to a team

The Registration Process
“Registration” = Telling your state these players will be playing this seasonal year and what competitive level they will play
This is not the process of carding and rostering players.
Submit Teams for Rosters/Cards

• Make sure the seasonal year is up to date• Check that the correct card stock is selected• Options will be listed as account if logged into a sub-user account
