WORKSHOP

Level 4

Avoid the dangers of buying from strangers

A key aspect of any food safety management system is effective control over raw materials. This becomes increasingly difficult with more and more materials being imported and the global increase in Food Fraud. More often than not, decisions are however made on price, rather than on food safety credentials. This becomes dangerous territory. Let us teach you how to implement a robust supplier quality assurance program to reduce these food safety risks.
