This workshop will feature interactive and modern training and presentation techniques including analysing case studies, designing a SQA program and conducting virtual audits.
Previous training or a working knowledge of basic Food Safety Principles/ Good Manufacturing Practices is a requirement.
ABOUT THE COURSE FACILITATOR:
The course facilitator is Rolf Uys, who holds a MSc in Food Science and has 20 years experience in training and implementing Food Safety Management systems. He used to be an international food safety lead auditor himself before joining Entecom. During this time he has seen in excess of 1500 Food Companies and their SQA programs. In the last 6 months he has been involved in consulting large South African FMCG companies in strengthening their SQA programs.
