"The climb from the depths of the sea to the top of the world i.e. 8848 meters within a timeframe of 1 year is an experience that only three submariners have achieved so far . It is a world record "
• A submariner, marine commando , diver , everester, engineer and an executive coach , manager of multicultural international teams , facilitator , HR specialist have created a set of programs using the climbing journey as a metaphorical leadership experience.
• Leaders have great challenges to work on, some known while some others appear as surprises during the leadership journey and that’s what a climber experiences when scaling the summit.

• Half a day interactive session with leadership team .
• One day program for leaders - workshop mode.
• 2 day program for leaders with case study and stories in workshop mode.
• 3-4 day outbound program with activities and experiential learning in addition to the 2 day program.
