Gary has recently taken the role of Chief Digital Officer at Harvey Norman. Reporting to the CEO, Gary leads the development and execution of the Harvey Norman digital strategy, taking ownership of the management and development of all Harvey Norman online activity. Gary is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, design, and implementation of the company’s digital roadmap that is positioned to meet the needs of the business in communication, engagement, and transaction. Harvey Norman’s digital strategies address customers, the stores, their people, suppliers, web, mobile, cloud, data and insights, online marketing, and digital development, increasing customer acquisition, conversion and retention. Digital is influencing every facet of business.The CDO is primarily a change agent who will help deliver Harvey Norman further into the digital age.

Jim is UNICEF's Chief of Digital Strategy, responsible for content strategy, content marketing, and overall approach for video, photo, social media, and multi-platform/mobile web. In 2014 he was named by the Guardian as a global development tweeter to watch. Previously, as the World Bank's Head of Online & Social Media, Jim played a key role to create a coherent, global approach to digital communications, integrating digital into all facets of the Bank's outreach. Jim led the team tasked with corporate web & social media efforts including content strategy, reputation management, innovation, rapid response, and campaigns in Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish.

Dwight Crawley is Chief Financial Officer and leads the financial functions for the Kenco family of companies. His primary responsibilities include managing the company’s financial reporting, planning, treasury, audit, internal controls, and resource allocation functions. Prior to joining Kenco in 2009, Dwight held executive level financial positions with several companies including Scholastic Book Fairs, Harris Teeter Supermarkets and The Cosmetic Center (a Revlon subsidiary). Kennedy came to Discover Outdoors after a decade working in traditional and digital marketing at agencies such as Edelman. Susanne Stover is the SVP and CFO for the New York Racing Association. NYRA operates the three thoroughbred racing tracks in New York including Belmont, site of the last leg of the Triple Crown. Previously, Stover served as chief financial officer of Rosa Mexicano Restaurants, a high-end chain, overseeing strategic and operational finance for 13 eateries in seven states with 1,300 employees. Prior to that, she served as controller of California Pizza Kitchen, Inc., a leading casual dining restaurant chain. Brian graduated with highest honors from Rutgers College, completed the Senior Executive Fellows program at Harvard, and has a Masters from the University of Pennsylvania where he co-taught a graduate seminar on the press and public policy for several years.

Caleb Hunt is Citigroup’s Managing Director, Global Brand, a role with enterprise responsibility for strategy, communication and activation of Citi’s brand in support of our business and social goals and our corporate purpose of enabling progress. He has been with Citi for 10 years and prior to taking up his present role he was CMO and head of digital banking in for Citi in Japan. Before beginning his business career, Caleb worked for the Japanese Home Affairs Ministry and the British Foreign Office, with some time out to do relief work in a Somali refugee camp. Caleb entered the business world as a marketing consultant focusing on brand strategy, interactive marketing, and client experience. He holds a masters degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Edinburgh for which he did fieldwork in southern Mexico and what he does now is the closest thing to applied anthropology that he can think of.
