• For a good health exist equilibrium several factors are important.

• The following are some tips to improve the quality of life

Nutrition• Eat five times of food

for day. Breakfast Fruit Lunch Tea Dinner.• Eat normal quantity

Food groups are:

Meals

Fruits

Fat

Cereals

Vegetables

Milk and milk products

Sport and excercise

• Practice any excercise thirty minutes, three times of week

• Example: walking, swimming and ride a bike

Health Check

• Visit a doctor, twice a year

• Take medicines only by doctor recomendation.

• Take a blood pressure regularly

• Normal parameters between:

135/85 and 90/60

• Take a blood test twice a year.

• Including:

Red and white formulaGlucose test Lipid profile

• Maintain normal weight.

• Body mass index is: Weight by weight for

height (kgs x kgs / cms)

• Normal rage between: 19 - 25

Leisure Time

• Take time for yourself

• Relax

• Spiritual and emotional rest

Other recomendations:

• Sleep eight hours minimun per day

• Do not smoke

• Do not drink alcoholic beverages and drugs
