•Usually keys are given out in MCR (Tev may get from Scott early)•There WILL be permanent shutdown keys (i.e. keys that you don’t have to turn in at the end of the day) for most•You will be given a card by a task master with which to get a key with.

Location of the MCR

Layout of MCR

<- Keys

<- TeV LOTO

MI & Booster LOTO ->

<- NuMI LOTO

Usually RWP’s are next where keys are.At the beginning of this shutdown, the RWP’s will be in the room next to the MCR, along with RSO’s

LOTO

When

• Day 0 (Sunday, July 18th) Tev – We are setting up a meeting with Scott McCormick Thursday or Friday to work out details

• Day 1 (Monday, July 19th) Everyone Else. No access until 8am• Some people may be shuffled as jobs complete

Why

• We will try to have separate job & task numbers for tunnel jobs

(http://tdserver1/project/jobfiles/Current_Jobs/TD_work_for_AD/refmenu.htm)

• AD Pays for OT (see me for the task number)• Still working on approval process (doesn’t sound like

you’ll have to “hand” a sheet to anyone though)

Good Luck!

Stay Safe!
