the tiger,
scientifically named as panthera tigris is the largest of all the big cat
family. still the biological world lost in dilemma to define this fearful
symmetry. for some of them its apex predator, charismatic megafauna,
umbrella species and the terminology goes on. one of the most formidable
carnivores on the planet, this amber-coated and patterned with black
flames creatures lives in the forests and canebrakes of asia. many cultures
consider the tiger to be
a symbol of strength and courage.

century. tigers may be one of the most revered animals, but they are also
vulnerable to extinction.

India holds over half the world's tiger population. Around %70 of the
world’s wild tigers live in India. Most of India’s tigers live in nearly 50
wildlife reserves set up since the 1970s. According to the latest figures,
the number of tigers in India has increased by almost a third in the last
three years. A %30.5 jump in the big cat headcount since the last census in
2011 means there are now 2,226 tigers in India
– that’s %70 of all the tigers in the world.

world. China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, the United States, and Great

- Kauser Omer Qureshi -
Born on 13 April 1983, Kauser Omer Qureshi is an artist
based in Hyderabad, India. Holding BFA in painting
from JNTU College of Fine Arts, Hyderabad and MFA in
painting from University of Hertfordshire, her work
always reflects the dark, bold and humorous element
with a kinky edge. Qureshi’s work often explores the
juxtaposition between dark and beautiful subjects to
create the surreal. She also displayed her works in vari-
ous group exhibitions like live art for Porsche, Indus
pride, Blenders pride, and Hyderabad by Absolut
to name a few.
At this time she is completely devoted her work to
raise consciousness among the people to bring back
the burning eyes in the jungle.
