It is the Process of measurement, decision making and evaluation.

It is the Process by which right person at right place at right time can be recruited.

Initial Screening

The initial screening reviews application material to determine if minimum qualification for the position have been met.

Gives a task to applicants related to the job that what applicants have been doing with their task and then determined their skills and accomplishment.
