Traffic Impact Study for Rawdat Al Khail Park
T.H.E. Qatar Engineering Consultancy has assigned Seero to complete a limited traffic impact
study for the new Rawdat Al Khail Park located in the C-Ring road in Qatar. The analysis is
performed to satisfy MMUP requirements and to improve the design of accesses, egresses, site
circulations, parking layouts and drop-off areas.

Traffic Impact Study for Al Ramzany Petrol Station
Mr. Omair Bin Mohammed Al-Ramzany (Al Ramzany Petrol Station) has assigned Seero to
complete the site development review plans for the new development in the Ramzany petrol
station at Salwa road in Qatar to satisfy MMUP requirements. The analysis required full swept
path analysis for existing petrol station bays in addition to the circulation of the new service
buildings within the development. This analysis includes improving the circulation, parking
spaces design, accesses, and egresses of the development for both passenger cars, trucks and
services vehicles.

Traffic Impact Study for a Showroom and Offices Building
Mr. Khaled Al Mana (Mars Trading and Contracting) has assigned Seero to complete the site
development review plans for the new Showroom and Offices building in Fareej Al Sudan area
in Qatar to satisfy MMUP requirements. The analysis required full swept path analysis for both
ground and basement floors. This analysis includes improving the circulation, parking spaces
design, accesses, and egresses of the development.

Traffic Impact Study for JW Marriot Hotel - Qatar
Business Trading Company has assigned Seero to complete the full traffic impact study for the
new JW Marriot Hotel in Qatar to satisfy MMUP requirements. The TIS of the development will
require traffic demand distributions, traffic analysis, site development review plans, and the
final traffic impact report. The development is located in the towers zone at the diplomatic
street in Doha.

Traffic Impact Study for Um Ghwilina Commercial and Residential Buildings
Status: Submitted
Seero has been commissioned to undertake a limited Traffic Impact Study (TIS) for
Um-Ghawilina residential and commercial buildings (B+G+7, &B+G+4 respectively). Seero
team worked on the analysis and improvements of the parking design,circulation, and
building accesses.
Traffic Impact Study for Lexus Showroom & Offices
By following MMUP guidelines and procedures of transport studies, Seero team will improve
the circulation of ground and basement areas, improve the pedestrians and cyclist facilities
within the project development area, and improve the geometry of the surrounding road
network considering the trips generated by the project.

Traffic Impact Study for JW Marriot Hotel- Bahrain
Seero has also been assigned to conduct the full traffic impact study for the new JW Marriot
Hotel in Bahrain in order to satisfy Urban Planning Affairs requirements in MMA. The TIS of the
development will require traffic demand distributions, traffic analysis, site development review
plans, and the final traffic impact report. The development is located in the plot F02.1 Bahrain
Bay in Manama.

Traffic Impact Study for a Commercial Building (B+G+2) on Salwa Expressway
MMUP requires for all new development in Qatar that include any vehicle or traffic interaction
to be checked and designed as per their transport guidelines issued May 2011. This project is
around 2500 sq.m. on Salwa road and it is required to improve parking design and road
connection to the service road in Salwa international expressway.

Traffic Impact Study for Al-Wakra Commercial Building (B+G+1)
This limited TIS is mainly required by MMUP to check and modify the site developments plans
in order to improve traffic circulation, parking design, vulnerable road users. This includes some
traffic challenges to improve the swept path analysis for service trucks and their interaction
with passengers cars. This type of limited TIS is very helpful for improving the performance of
the building future operation.

Traffic Impact Study for College of Engineering and College of Pharmacy in Qatar University

This traffic impact study of this project is a study which requires the review of the proposed
development drawings for consistency with driveway and access management standards
along with the safety analysis for pedestrians and cyclist within the project location. All this
analysis are implemented according to the guidelines and procedures for transport studies by
MMUP, date May 2011. It includes methodology report, and site development plans and report.

Pavement Analysis Study for highway
Bin Omran Trading and Contracting has assigned Seero to conduct a pavement analysis study
for a newly built carriageway A 12 km water pipe has been kept 3 meter below the carriageway
and the technical consultant (KBR) has requested to develop a pavement analysis study to
verify the effect of the pipe on the pavement long term performance. The technical
methodology of the calculations follows the Mechanistic-Empirical Pavement Design Guide
(MEPDG) to analyze the pavement layouts for the design years.
