PROCESS DOCUMENT OF PROCESS

ORDER CHANGE AND RELEASE

CHANGE PROCESS ORDER – T-CODE – COR2

Change and Release Process Order – Initial

Screen – COR2

Enter the process order no to change and release and press

enter following screen will be displayed

Check the scheduling type , order quantity

and start date

Check stock type it should be Quality

inspection and the required batch no

is assigned

After checking stock type and batch

click on Materials

After clicking on materials icon following

screen will be displayed

Enter the batch no for all the

components if required

By pressing the F4 batches will be displayed select

the required batch for all the components.

Batch is selected for the first component similarly

select batches for the remaining components

Batch selection for all the components then click

on the header icon to go to the main screen

Following screen will be displayed, click on the

scheduling the order icon to schedule the order

Scheduling carried out will be displayed at the

bottom of the screen

Check the material availability by clicking the

icon material availability check

Status will be displayed at the bottom of the screen if

materials are not available system will display the

material not available list

Click on the icon capacity availability

check

Select continue on the information message

System will display the capacity availability

message select continue

Click on the icon to release the order

After Releasing the order save the order

Order is saved and the order no will be

displayed at the bottom of the screen
