Start Skype program,

register for new account

from login window

Purchase a Skype subscription

1) Log in to Salesforce with Internet Explorer

2) View a contact, lead, or account

3) Click the little phone icon to call

3) Click “Start Skype Conference”

4) Select attendees

2) Keep Skype and Salesforce open

3) See their record pop up when they call
