Start Skype program,

register for new account

from login window

1) Log in to Salesforce with Internet Explorer

2) View a contact, lead, or account

3) Click the little phone icon to call

1) Log in to Salesforce with Internet Explorer

2) View an opportunity

3) Click “Start Skype Conference”

4) Select attendees
