METHOD

Samsó is the local clone of Carignan, and here blended

with Garnacha (Grenache). The grapes come from 70-

year-old vines dotted around five distinct vineyards at

700-800 metres above sea level. It is aged for 16 months in new French oak (225

and 500 litre barrels).
