Kidd completed her Yoga
Teacher Training in 1997 at
Yoga Yoga in Austin, TX, then
spent the next year learning at
the feet of the master at the
Guru Ram Das Ashram in
Espanola, NM. Her foundation
is Kundalini Style as taught by
Yogi Bhajan, however her
classes also leverage elements
of the Bikram and Vinyasa
styles. Expect to find your voice
in chanting, re-calibrate your
body through stretching and
movement, and quiet your
mind in group meditation. The

What: Simply Unity: Living Originally retreat led by Rev. Robert Brumet, author of Birthing a Greater
Reality, Finding Yourself in Transition, The Quest for Wholeness, and a brand new book to be released
this spring. Robert is an ordained Unity minister, a Buddhist monk, teaches at the Unity Seminary.
He is deeply interested in the evolution of consciousness and is a founding member of the Kansas City
Integral Salon. In this retreat, Robert will be sharing spiritual practices to promote transformation in
your life.
When: Thursday – Sunday, June 20 – 23rd …or go one day early on Wednesday,
June 19th, to have a day to tour the village, play some golf, shop in the bookstore and
hang out at the pool with your Unity of Bloomington friends.

Level 1 Workshop led by Ann Smith If you're just curious about EFT but never tapped or if you're an experienced practitioner, you will find
something of value for you in this highly experiential workshop. We cover the basics and we do lots of tapping.
You will leave with a working knowledge of how to use EFT on yourself for a variety of issues, such as reducing
stress, negative feelings and thoughts, physical symptoms, cravings, and uncomfortable memories.
