Access: This service can only be provided if we have access to the property. Please return, with this form, a key to the gates, garage, etc and any codes that we may need to gain access. This information will be kept in a secure place and remain confidential. A call-out fee will apply if we cannot access the property.

Timing of visits: Please note that the service detailed above is only available at our reduced rate as a routine schedule, therefore specific times of our visit will vary and are at the discretion of our maintenance staff. Irrigation work required at specific times and dates can be made by appointment and will be billed at our call-out service rate.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel this agreement we require notification in writing.

IMPORTANT: By requesting our services or any supply of goods, you are agreeing with Rosebud Irrigation to bound by the standard form Rosebud Irrigation terms and conditions which are the conditions governing any sale or any provision of services. These conditions may be viewed by request, by you being furnished with a copy by Rosebud Irrigation or by you viewing the website www.rosebudirrigation.com.au.
