I took notes using traditional pen and paper I learned that I’m too busy for school

Working too much can cause health problems, create friction in families and affect friendships.

People work too much some times by choice and other times by circumstance

Technology can cause extended hours of work(The boundaries are often blurred)

A self-determination regarding workaholics or workaholism is concluded with personal concepts or theories. Little research has been done to confirm or validate any real evidence to people working too much.
