Republic Day -2020

DMIMS (DU) celebrated the 71st Republic Day with great enthusiasm.

Honorable dignitaries for the occasion were, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, DMIMS (DU) Dr. Rajiv Borle,

Hon’ble Registrar, Dr. A.J. Anjankar, Hon’ble Chief Coordinator, Dr. S. S. Patel, Respected Heads of

institutes, Respected Dr. Abhyuday Meghe, Dr. Lalit bhushan Waghmare &.Mrs. Manisha Meghe. The

dignitaries arrived, garlanded the photographs of Mahatma Gandhi & Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. Ms.

Pratiksha Mahure, topper of the final BAMS examination (Mahatma Gandhi Ayurvedic College)

hoisted the flag which was followed by singing of the National Anthem. Ms. Pratiksha Mahure then

gave a speech calling out to the youth for participation in saving our environment.

The NSS unit of DMIMS (DU) lead by Dr. Pramita Muntode had Prize distribution for the ‘Winners of

Poster & Slogan Competition organized on National Youth Day’ at the hands of the Honorable

dignitaries.

The Chief Guest of the event Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, DMIMS (DU) Dr. Rajiv Borle addressed the

gathering on occasion of the 71st Republic Day.

Active participation was seen from the students , faculties & non teaching staff.
