ADULT TRAINING – THE BEGINNING• Restarting the institutional farmer training

in 1990(Visit of Franz Schüle, Jörg Wyder, Leo Meyer to Illyefalva)

• The practice in Switzerland of the first 30 farmers

• Getting in connection with the RMGE• Organising the first winter farmer trainings

in 1991• We worked out the first long term training

for farmers in 1992 that frames the found of the programmes of today

• 1992-1995 three week winter trainings in KIDA Centre• 1995 the training farm started its work.• 1995 the two years long farmer training started• 1998 the housekeeper training started• 2000 the training workhouse was constructed• 2001 parnership connection with Kovászna County
