In some cases the parent company/brand is well-known and the “subsidiary” brands are unknown, In other cases, the reverse is true. Either way adds to the challenges of recruiting in a multi-brand environment. Mary Kay Baldino heads up the recruiting function for Outerwall. You are probably familiar with Redbox and Coinstar from your local supermarket. However, Outerwall is less well known, and it also operates in other businesses (cell phone recycling, for example).
