TABLE OF CONTENTS
Ingredients:
1. A pack of cooked beetroot2. Two tomatoes3. A cucumber4. A few lettuce leaves5. Salt6. Cumin 7. Oil 8. mild vinegar
SALAD WITH BEETS
Preparation: 1. Cut beets into cubes.
2. Peel cucumber, cut into strips, remove the seeds
3. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into
cubes.
4. Tiny cut lettuce.
5. Seasoned with salt and cumin and pour a little oil
and vinegar very smooth.
6. The salad is good if it is almost at room
temperature and have been left to marinate with
seasoning for ten minutes.
