I’ve never heard of it – what is Patient Access ?

• Patient Access is an online service which allows you access to Wolston surgery in your own time, day or night, 24 hours a day.

• Patient Access is available to all patients who are registered with Wolston Surgery.

With Patient Access you can:

• Book, check and cancel appointments;• Check your medication and order repeat prescriptions;• Update your contact information;• Send messages to the surgery, avoiding the need for a phone

call for routine enquiries;• View your own medical record.
