Words from The MCP Dear brave applicants I am so glad to commend you for taking this challenge, which demonstrates such initiative to create a positive impact in the Tajik society and the world. The passion to know new cultures, made me think about the expression “why not, it is possible”, that expression is the main reason of setting my eyes in to the Tajik Society, a society full of kindness and potential to develop. I deeply believe that this year will be full of new experiences, new ideas, improvements and over all in the impacting, challenging and awesome experiences in Tajikistan. 2. Two (2) recommendation letters, one from someone you worked with and one from someone you worked under
3. MCVP Application Questionnaire (see below).
4. A video (explained in Part 2) uploaded on YouTube.

All documents should be together in a single .zip or .rar file. Name your one file MCVP1516_name_surname.zip (e.g. MCVP1516_Jhoan_Corrales.zip) and send it to jhoan11.corrales@aiesec.net BEFORE DDL: 23:59h GMT +5, Monday 14th of SEP 2015!!!!

Provide a SWOT Analisys with segmentation taking into account Trainees, TN Takers, Partner Entities and knowledge management in order to grow as never
before. Provide a 1 year plan, taking into account Tn takers, Trainees, Visa process, focus product, quality, Partner countries in order to make 100 exchanges in the next 6
months (with numbers per month).
Taking into account that Tajikistan is not a well known country, how would you ensure an active participation of AIESEC Tajikistan in the Network will reach a
higer number in the focus countries.
TM Make a proposal to have more qualiUied members (Educational Cycle) and how to
arrive to new TN takers.
Propose the Plans in the Upcoming 3 LC meetings (right after membership recruitment), and one plan for the 1st Y2B in the Year
