Mr. morimoto`s commentIn October, Fresh weight of chinese water
spinach was 10 kg, but dry weightwas 417g that was one 24th of fresh weight.And we also could confirm the reduction of
workload.We think it possible that dry chinese water
spinach can use as compost.
