Target market needs to be further distilled to “ideal patients” for your (OFD team) benefit as well as greater ease of marketing

Work needs to be done at a deep level to attract patients, develop new healthcare model, and sustain success and satisfaction
All members of the OFD team need to be part of the OFD “marketing team” for greatest success
Marketing effort needs to be segmented to pre-launch, launch and build (for Dr. Preston), and maintenance phases
Influence (social) marketing and community-oriented marketing may be more appropriate, economical, and effective than “traditional” marketing strategies

We support implementation of the marketing plan as appropriate We serve as your liaison to work with others to
produce collateral as needed (i.e., graphic or web designers, printers)
We suggest other partners with whom you can work on related aspects of practice building (e.g., feng shui)
We provide support that helps OFD become their own best marketing team
