Improvements include: • Moveable street furniture (tables, chairs, umbrellas) • Plaza “Ambassador” provided by PABC assigned to: greet guests,

monitor use, pick up trash, and secure furniture after hours

Activation of the Plaza through partnerships with the Mayor’s Office, Amtrak, and Station North Arts and

Entertainment. Supported by a Station North “Spruce Up” Grant

from the Robert W. Deutsch Foundation.

• Project Area bounded by North Avenue, 25th Street, N. Calvert Street and Greenmount Avenue, and also includes Homewood House at 2200 Homewood Avenue. • Multi-phased redevelopment of 268 parcels, of which 94 are vacant lots, into 322 units of mixed-income and mixed-tenure housing, including both rental and homeownership opportunities.
