Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc visits Book Exhibition celebrating 90th founding anniversary of the Communist Partyof Viet Nam (03/02/1930 – 03/02/2020)
Within the framework of activities to celebrate the founding day of the Communist Party ofViet Nam, on February 3, 2020, the National Library of Viet Nam (NLV) was honored towelcome comrade Nguyen Xuan Phuc – Politburo Member, Prime Minister to visist the BookExhibition celebrating the 90th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam,hosted by the Ministry of Information and Communications, in collaboration with the CentralPropaganda and Training Department and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Alsoattending the visit were Mr. Vo Van Thuong – Politburo Member, Secretary of the Party CentralCommittee, Head of Central Propaganda and Training Department, Mr. Mai Tien Dung –Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Office of the Government, comradeNguyen Ngoc Thien – Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Culture, Sports andTourism, comrade Nguyen Manh Hung – Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister ofInformation and Communications, comrade Hoang Vinh Bao – Deputy Minister of Informationand Communications, President of Vietnamese Publishing Association.
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and leaders of the ministries and departments have visitedand listened to introduction of precious books currently archived at the National Library of VietNam writings about the process of founding the party, the leadership roles of the party and latePresident Ho Chi Minh during the national resistance for independence, national constructionand defense; the country’s revolutionary achievements in the process of renovation,development and international integration as well as the party construction activities at present.
The Prime Minister acknowledged and was impressed by significance of the materialsdisplayed at the exhibition in educating the revolutionary traditions, national pride, affirming theconfidence of party members and people on the leading roles of the party in the cause ofnational construction and defense to successfully achieve the goals: Prosperous people, strongcountry, democracy, equity and civilization; building a prosperious and peaceful Viet Nam.
