Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc visits Book Exhibition celebrating 90th founding anniversary of the Co Within the framework of activities to celebrate the founding day of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, on February 3, 2020, the National Library of Viet Nam (NLV) was honored to welcome comrade Nguyen Xuan Phuc – Politburo Member, Prime Minister to visist the Book Exhibition celebrating the 90th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, hosted by the Ministry of Information and Communications, in collaboration with the Central Propaganda and Training Department and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Also attending the visit were Mr. Vo Van Thuong – Politburo Member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of Central Propaganda and Training Department, Mr. Mai Tien Dung – Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Office of the Government, comrade Nguyen Ngoc Thien – Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, comrade Nguyen Manh Hung – Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Information and Communications, comrade Hoang Vinh Bao – Deputy Minister of Information and Communications, President of Vietnamese Publishing Association. Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and leaders of the ministries and departments have visited and listened to introduction of precious books currently archived at the National Library of Viet Nam writings about the process of founding the party, the leadership roles of the party and late President Ho Chi Minh during the national resistance for independence, national construction and defense; the country’s revolutionary achievements in the process of renovation, development and international integration as well as the party construction activities at present. The Prime Minister acknowledged and was impressed by significance of the materials displayed at the exhibition in educating the revolutionary traditions, national pride, affirming the confidence of party members and people on the leading roles of the party in the cause of national construction and defense to successfully achieve the goals: Prosperous people, strong country, democracy, equity and civilization; building a prosperious and peaceful Viet Nam.
