Findings People bought Pureit because
it do not consume electricity. People likes due to it low price &
low cost of its running & maintenance.
Customer prefer it due to its good after sale service.
Customer prefer it due to its Home delivery facility.
There should be Service centers in the market because those people who do not live at home in day prefer to service center.
Company should open its Company’s showroom.
Company should extend warranty period from 6 months to one year.
Company should provide free one filter with system or provide the filter at least price possible.
