EXHIBIT: 2009 FLORIDA TRAFFIC DATA
• Various features of Traffic Data such as ADT, Road Names, Number of Lanes, Toll Road Information, and Speed Limits in the surrounding Hialiah area of the proposed development can be obtained from GIS. In this example, Florida 2009 data has been provided by the State DOT. It can be used to assist the client in whether or not he would like to develop his property from a traffic persepective.

• GIS can be used in many applications regarding commericial development. Perhaps you’re interested in a vacant parcel of land, and you want to find out several details about the site. If you have the physical address of the property, you can use a GIS application to determine who the property owner is and his/her address, the zoning of the parcel, whether city water and sewer is available and whether the property is in a watershed, floodplain or historic district. You can even find out the tax value of the parcel. All of this information is built in layers. A layer of information can be “turned on or off” depending on what one wants to view.

• In just a few short years, the GIS program has become a very important tool that can used by virtually ever department in a city government. Having access to all of the information stored in these layers allows employees to get information on a great variety of areas to citizens and developers in minutes when it used to take hours. It allows us to fine tune services such as trash pickup and rental inspection programs. It allows us to provide faster response to complaints such as overgrown yards, storm water problems and condemnable houses. It also allows governments to manage programs such as planning and zoning, their sewer collection system and their water distribution systems more effectively.

GIS USED FOR TRAFFIC IN FLORIDA
GIS USED FOR TRAFFIC IN FLORIDA
• Like real estate, GIS is all about "location, location, location." ESRI offers a variety of GIS–based solutions designed for all segments of the real estate business such as map–based content management and sophisticated investment analysis.
• GIS allows you to integrate a wide variety of data into one, common format: an informative map.
• Presenting your customers with a visual representation of all the information affecting the desirability and value of a property can give a far more accurate picture of a property's suitability to their needs.
