• Project commissioned by ACGME in June 2015• To develop a future vision for Sponsoring

Institutions (SI)• 19 member task force• Met with 1065 diverse participants• Potential structures and functions of SIs to

produce the future physician work force• Discussion around 3 fundamental questions
