• Pinjarra Engineering is a privately owned business established in 1987 initially for the repair of Drain valves for the Alumina Industry

• Pinjarra Engineering has been dealing with a number of large agglomerate Companies in Western Australia for example: BHP Billiton, Alcoa Australia, Water Corporation, several Chemical based companies and various Petroleum Industries for over 20 years.

• Implemented latest QA/QC ISO standards in 2010.• Continual review of valve maintenance

procedures and machines.

• Pinjarra Engineering was founded in 1987 and was initially established to refurbish angle slurry valves used in the alumina industry at sites in Kwinana, Wagerup, Pinjarra and Worsley BHP Billiton.

• From modest beginnings the company has grown to now being recognised in many fields of repair and maintenance areas and encompasses fabrication, sand blasting & painting, welding, fitting & machining, testing facilities and the speciality Belzona coatings by Rezitech. Joint ventures with overseas foundries, valve manufacturers and steel mills has allowed the company to be able to supply speciality castings complete with dedicated spare parts for valves, pumps including casings and spares, heat exchanger tubing, all in a wide range of alloys and other exotics as nominated by the client.

• All products are supplied by third party accredited quality assured groups and come complete with DIN 50049 3.1B certification for materials of construction including chemical analysis and all pressure containing parts with CE (PED) compliance and approvals.

• Our premises are open for inspection subject to prior appointment and we offer a “Valve Management System” to meet client’s requirements. This service is comprehensive and we welcome any enquiries from those companies requiring 24/7 operational spares availability for valves. This service ensures all valves taken out of line are inspected and repaired quickly and cost effectively.
