Introduction (E.g. Hello. My name is ..., I’m a peer mediator, and this is my colleague, .... he’s not going to say anything, only make some notes.)

Describing the facts (E.g. From what I’ve heard, you were involved in a coflict yesterday. What happened exactly?)

Determining the emotional impact on the victim (E.g. How did this make you feel?)

Determining the emotional impact on people close to the victim (E.g. How did this make your mother feel?)

Finding a solution (E.g. What should your colleague do for you to

forgive him?)

Making an appointment with both sides to actually mediate their conflict

MEDIATOR

Mediators should stay away from physical conflicts.

Should such conflicts occur, mediators should refer to the teacher on duty, the year manager, or the school deputies.

After the fifth aggression, their name will also be included in the school aggression register.
