BobCowmanandNancySchnittkeCowmanweremarriedatCovenantPresbyterianChurchinJuneof1965.Nancy'sparentswereearlymembersoftheChurch.BobjoinedtheChurchin1965whenheandNancyweremarried.TheyhavetwodaughterswhogrewupintheChurch,buttheyarenotmembersnow.BobandNancyhavebeenactivemembersoftheChurch.Whentheirdaughterswereinmiddleschool,BobandNancyledtheyouthprogramattheChurchforthatagegroup.BobhasworkedinInvestmentsfor40plusyears.Heoversawan$11Billioninvestmentportfolioforthetenyearsbeforeretiringin2012.HehasservedonthePermanentFundsMinistryCommitteefor8yearsandtheInvestmentCommitteethatadvisesPFMforthepast15yearsorso.Bobvolunteersforbehindthescenesactivitiesatthechurch,suchasthegaragesale,varietyshow,plantingofflowersinthecourtyard,Schooners,orwhereverneeded.Bobenjoysgardeningaroundthehouse,followingtheactivitiesofhisgrandchildren,readingandplayinggolf.

JohnGriffinandhiswife,Gail,havebeenmembersofCovenantformorethan30years.Theyhavetwoadultchildrenandareproudgrandparentsoffourgrandchildren.JohnhasservedasanElderforthreeterms,memberofPersonnel,Stewardship&Budget,Mission&SocialConcernCommissions,memberandchairofPermanentFundsMinistry,anearlyadvocateofHoge’sMusic,Message,andMeal,anUsher,memberofMen’scoffeeclub,andadeliverydriverforSOSFoodPantry.Whileretirednow,duringhisworkingcareerhewasDirectorofBattelle’sEconomicandManagementConsultingPractice,DirectorofScienceandTechnologyprogramsforOhioDepartmentofDevelopment,andSeniorAdviserforHighRisk,EarlyStagetechnologyinvestmentsforaventurecapitalfirm.Johnlovestoplaygolf,fish,cook,readandassemblewoodenjigsawpuzzles.

SusanImelisretiredfromOSUwheresheservedasdirectoroffundedprojectsrelatedtoadulteducationandasanadjunctprofessorinadulteducation.ShehasbeenamemberofCovenantfor38yearsandhasservedasaDeaconandanElderandchairofseveralcommissions,memberofCPW,ChancelChoir,andaVBSvolunteer.Herhobbies/avocationsarecooking,reading,andtraveling.

DeaconTerryKennedyManciniismarriedtoJoeManciniandtheyhaveason,MichaelAndrews(Courtney)andgrandchildren,ZacharyandFinely.ShehasbeenamemberofCovenantfor34yearsandhasservedasanElderandispresentlyaDeacon.ShehastaughtSundaySchoolandVBS,isservingasaLiturgist,Usher,Greeter,memberofCPW,andhelpswithHogedinners.Herhobbies/avocationsarecooking,reading,playingbridge,andherbgardening.Shevolunteersandservesinmanycommunityevents.TerryisretiredfromtheOhioDepartmentofYouthServicesandtheKentuckyJusticeCabinet.

JaredMcCunebeganattendingCovenantin2010whenheandhiswifeAmymovedtoUpperArlington.Theyhavebeenmarriedsince2008andareblessedwithtwochildren,MadelynandLiam,8and5.HeisthechairoftheNeighborhoodCommitteeandparticipatesingreetingatthe8:30service.JaredhasaMechanicalEngineeringDegreeandanMBAfromOhioUniversity.HeworksforTheOlenCorporationasanOperationsManagerandhasbeenwiththecompanysincegraduatingfromcollegein2006.

ElderToriVazquezhastwochildren,Charlie(22)andEmma(17),adultstepchildrenEd,Eric,andRebecca,andstepgrandchildrenJesus(13),Bianca(9)andZoe(7).OvertheyearsshehasservedonandchairedseveralcommissionsandiscurrentlychairofSpiritualDevelopmentandAdultLearning.TorienjoyedcoordinatingtheGlennonDoyleeventinAprilof2015.Inherfreetimesheenjoysspendingtimewithherfamily,playingthefluteandpiano,reading,andwalking.Torihasbeenaneducatorfor33years,withthefirst6asaninterventionspecialistandtheremaining27asaschoolcounselor.ShehasbeenemployedbytheGroveportMadisonLocalSchoolssinceAugust2002.

ElderJudyOederisthemotherofthreeadultchildrenandthegrandmotheroffive.Duringherworkingyears,sheworkedinanaccountingdepartmentandasofficestaff.ShehasbeenamemberofCovenantPresbyterianChurchforoverforty-eightyears.ShehasbeenandiscurrentlyanElderandanactivememberofCPW,havingservedasaCirclememberandleader,Treasurer,Secretary,ViceModeratorandModerator.ShehasbeenamemberoftheChildren’sMinistryCommittee,theJusticeandPeaceCommitteeandamemberandcurrentlyChairoftheMissionandSocialConcernsCommission.ShehastaughtSundayChurchSchool/TreasureFindersforforty-fiveyearsandhasbeenaVBSteacher.JudyhasheldleadershiprolesinPresbyterianWomeninthePresbyteryofSciotoValley,servingasaPWEnabler(nowcalledResourceLiaisons),ViceModeratorforJustice&Peace,andModerator.SheiscurrentlyservingasCommunicatorandHistorian.ShehasalsobeeninvolvedwithPWintheSynodoftheCovenant,servingontheSearchTeam,asarepresentativefromPW/PSVandasModerator.SheisalsotheformerModeratoroftheSynodoftheCovenant’sPeaceandJusticeNetwork.HerhobbiesareBobbinlacemaking,weaving,crossstitch,andreading.

AlanYarlettsisthefortunatehusbandofawonderfulwife,Jackie,andproudfatheroftwosons–Cody(34)andBrady(32).Hisimmediateextendedfamilyincludesdaughter-in-lawEmily,andgrandchildren,Della(3)andEthan(1).HehasbeenamemberofCovenantPresbyterianChurchfor39yearswherehewasmarriedandhischildren/grandchildrenbaptized.Duringtheyearsofhismembership,AlanhasservedasElder,Deacon(moderator),PropertiesCommittee(chair),PermanentFundsMinistry(moderator),layreader,childcareprovider,usher,andbusdriverforourFriendshipVillagefriends.Hemaintainsanactivelifestylebyworkingout,biking,walking,hiking,readingandmentoringhighschoolstudentsengagedincommunityserviceexperiences.Alanhadtheprivilegeofguidingchildrenduringhisthirty-sevenyearcareerintheeducationprofession.Duringthattimehewasassignedtoavarietyofpositionsincluding:teacher;principal;elementarycareereducationcoordinator;elementarycounselor;staffdevelopmentcoordinator;andadjunctassistantprofessor.
