• Factibilidad

• Prueba Piloto

• Implementación

• Tag (Ref. Inlay Avery AD171-M5)

- Full integration of products sheets

- RFPs launched using an electronic platform

- Integration of up-to-date agreed prices

- Digitalization of information related to the Supply Chain flows

- Standardization of the Ordering process

- Traceability data integration : Lots and Expiring Dates

- Standardization with Optical Label Reader

2) Targets of the tool

33 33 33

Mutualisons nos énergieswww.gam-mut.fr

Productivity savings : automation of administrative tasks

Data management reliability : integration of suppliers’ data without re-entry and common UDI of products (GTIN)

Patient Safety : Product Traceability and Optical Reading recognition

Shared savings between Suppliers and Institutions

3) Expected benefits for

34 34 34

Mutualisons nos énergieswww.gam-mut.fr

Use current standards : GS1 standards for product data model, UDI (GTIN, …), data exchanges format

Implement an interoperable solution : enabling third parties for not beingdependent on a captive solution

Flexible solution for all type of supplier:

Suppliers can upload product information with 3 types of connexion:

- Manual data input in the web

- Uploading XML or CSV file

- GDSN

Mutualisons nos énergieswww.gam-mut.fr

Data on february 26th :

14 suppliers registered on the platform

24 suppliers in training to use the platform

They represent 27% of suppliers in contract with GAM

Only 3 suppliers used GDSN to send their products sheet.

The others have generated specific files on format csv or xml.

5) Results after 3 months of subscription

Mutualisons nos énergieswww.gam-mut.fr

Summary of difficulties :

- Find the right people to start the project with the supplier

- Electronic catalog is not a priority for the company

- Provider does not have GTIN and GLN codes

- Some pharmaceutical laboratory uses a specifically French code CIP as GTIN for its drugs
