Permite trazar a nivel de GTIN, Lote, Fecha de Vencimiento y Serial.

La captura se hace producto

a producto mediante un lector bidimensional.

Facilita la captura masiva de medicamentos al pasar por

un portal de radio frecuencia.

La implementación es más económica. La implementación requiere de una mayor inversión.

La información grabada/impresa no permite sobre escribir, facilitando el control en la adulteración en la

fecha de vencimiento.

Un GS1 Datamatrix tiene mayor riesgo en la

duplicidad, por lo que requiere de un sistema de

control.

El EPC es asociada a un banco de memoria conocida

como TID que contiene un código de fabricante que no

es posible grabar o sobre escribir, minimizando riesgos en

la creación de etiquetas gemelas o DUPLICIDAD.

No es Aplicable para EAS, se requiere de un tag

adicional que es útil sólo para generar alertas.

Aplicable para desarrollo del estándar EAS (Electronic

Article Surveillance), para la seguridad del producto.

They represent 27% of suppliers in contract with GAM

Only 3 suppliers used GDSN to send their products sheet.

The others have generated specific files on format csv or xml.

Summary of difficulties :

- Find the right people to start the project with the supplier

- Electronic catalog is not a priority for the company

- Provider does not have GTIN and GLN codes

- Some pharmaceutical laboratory uses a specifically French code CIP as GTIN for its drugs
