Procrastination is the act of putting off intentionally the doing of something that should be done.
What is procrastination?

• Mental experience (stressed, self-critical,..)
• Study/work (miss opportunities, perform poorly)
• Within relationships (tense, fraught,…)
• Quality of life (negative, pessimistic,…)
- Get away from the Internet
(Facebook, Y!m, Twitter, Youtube, Skype , Google +, etc.)
- Turn off computer unless necessary (playing games, watching films, etc.)
- Put your mobile phone away. (making a call, texting, browsing, gaming, taking photos, etc.)

Make up your own rewards
Ask someone else to check up on you
Identify the unpleasant consequences
Break the subject into a set of smaller, more manageable tasks
