This is how we used to educate our children

during the last century..

..in order to get them to do this.

Or, if you studied real hard..

..and made your parents proud by meeting their

high expectations..

..you could even become

A system that seemed to work out fine for almost everybody.

But not anymore!

We, as a society, have created a frozen system...

..filled with too many rules, regulations..

..and paths already set for us.

This frozen system is

slowing us down...

..and limiting a

lot of people!

The time has come to break open this frozen system..

Not with axes but like

Ice-Breakers!

An ice-breaker leads his followers (friends, family, bosses and

colleagues) safely through all these changes –> you can’t change

things by yourself, you have to make sure you get and keep

everybody on board!

An icebreaker breaks the tension and will make you feel at home –> Not everybody is breaking this system at the same pace and change needs to feel comfortable, that is (y)our responsibility!

This will be a movement..
