RISK MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK

The success of any event is always dependent upon adequate pre planning and it is essential that you allow enough lead-time to ensure that your event is a success.

Making your contacts. Getting venue. Organize security. Getting bands, extra staff and

equipment. Line up, Times and Timing. Advertising& Publicity. Calculating Ticket Prices. On The Night.

After The Show:

Pay the bands and other staff promptly.If the venue owners are good humoured, have a mini party in  the  Green  Room  or  go  to  a  local Pub or  something  to chat with the bands.Take any criticism and try to improve on what they tell you.

RISK MANAGEMENT PROCESS & APPROACHES:

Monitor for occurrence of risk factor

Organizing team will oversee each activity. & provide a prompt action.

Evaluation Try to minimize the impact of risk. If not done find and alternative.

Consultation Report to Risk manager

Response Action will be taken on the basis of priority. High, Medium, Low will be facilitated respectively.

Logging / Record We will keep the record in the Risk register.
