“What would happen if we didn’t pay our prime contractors until they reported actual numbers for spend to sub-contractors that the primes had identified in their bid responses?”

CONTRACT LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS All Contracts now have Mandatory Tier

II Reporting Requirements Monthly reporting for Construction

Contracts is a requirement and pre-condition for payment.

Quarterly reporting for goods and supplies contracts will be required.
