Start small… create a short quiz.
Students can test in a lab or the classroom.
Laptops can be checked out from the library (3 day or 3 hour loan periods)

Use a password
Make a couple of paper copies just in case there is a problem
Provide feedback (in settings) once you have graded all sections
Give students scrap paper
