NetBank Application Form Access Guide

If the NetBank Application Form does not open in your browser, follow the instructions

below.

First:

• Please ensure you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer.

• If you are using Internet Explorer, ensure your version is IE8 or higher.

1. Instructions for Chrome

When you click on the NetBank form link, a window will open up. Click in the top right

corner of the window where an icon of the PDF reader is located.

A window will open with a link to “Open in Adobe Reader” – click here.

A message will appear indicating that Adobe Reader is out of date and may be insecure.

Choose the second option to “Proceed without updating Adobe Reader”.

2. Instructions for Firefox

When you click on the NetBank form link, a window will open up. Click in the top right

corner of the window where the words “Open with Different Viewer” are located.

A window will open with a link to “Open” or “Save” – select “Open” and then click “OK”.
