Apply 1 coat of OPI INFINITE SHINE Primer and allow to dry.

Apply two coats of OPI INFINITE SHINE. All is Berry & Bright. Allow to dry.

Apply OPI INFINITE SHINE Cheers to Mani Years to the cuticle line using the tip of the brush to

deposit the glitter, lightly dragging over one-third of the nail, creating an ombre. Allow to dry.

Repeat for additional glitter coverage.

Apply one coat of OPI INFINITE SHINE Gloss Top Coat. Allow to dry and apply OPI PRO SPA Nail & Cuticle Oil and massage in.
