How we did it

The birth of 4 CERACsSommet sur l’enseignement supérieur = 25 and 26 février 20134 CERACs have been created :

Cégep de Drummondville;le Cégep de Sainte Foy‑ ;Cégep Marie-Victorin;

Champlain Regional College.

The objective: • Support to the college network• Improve their performance in RAC services towards their clients.

The mandate of the 4 CERACs are :

1. Increase the number of services in RAC;2. Improve the quality of the services in RAC;3. Contribute to the development of RAC.
