Gua Niah National Park- Also known as Niah Cave, settlement reaching back into Paleolithic era- Oldest modern human remains in Southeast Asia- Relics of prehistoric man were discovered about 40,000 years ago

-Bird nests harvesting-High quality over $1,000 per kilo.-Dangerous job, fatalities are common.

Mulu National Park- A UNESCO World Heritage Site.- Enormous caves, caves networks, rock pinnacles and cliffs- Mount Mulu is a sandstone mountain rising to 2,376 m.

Sustainability- Miri Handicraft Centre- Job opportunities to native ethnics: Bidayuh, Iban & Kelabit- A way to preserve their culture and workmanship
