PROJECT BRIEF:The seahorse is represented by exploration of strategies, methods, and research. There are sixteen total representations based off of the sixteen different parameters that identify the seahorse and its characteristics.

In the next part of the project, one of the sketches was chosen to inspire the branding of my boba food truck called, “Bubble Pop.”

Food trucks have become a popular trend in our time because of its convenience and spon-taneity. It has taken street foods to the next level.

Seahorses are truly unique, not only in their ap-pearance, but also through their habits. They were once known as monogomous fish, however this is untrue. Seahorses do fall in love and court one an-other throughout the breeding season, however if its partner dies, a seahorse will be able to find an-other mate. Once the breeding is complete, the male seahorses bear the young. Seahorses are the only known species in which this happens.

Seahorses can be found in the tropical and temper-ate regions all over the shallow shores of the world. Because of their poor swimming abilities, their tails are often wrapped around seagrasses or corals.

PART II:FOOD TRUCK

Bubble Pop offers boba tea, which is unhealthy. However, we try to promote the healthiest boba tea possible by creating our drinks with-out milk. We do not serve boba milk tea because of the high calories, however if asked we will put soymilk as a replacement for those de-siring a milk tea. We also provide round pastries such as cake pops, sugar-free lollipops, gluten-free mochi ice cream, and macarons.

Boba is known as tapioca pearls or tapioca balls, and is created from the starch of the cassava root. The boba becomes a sweet and chewy ball when it is cooked a certain way. Bubble tea or boba tea was originally from Tai-wan, created by a small vendor near a school. He added the balls to his shak-en drinks to attract students. Because the boba was larger than the average straw, it was usually served with a fat straw. It became widely popular around Asia and spread around the world.
