Develop a project plan for one of the following hypothetical projects:

• A children’s book based on objects in the indigenous collections at the Australian Museum.

• A temporary exhibition at the Powerhouse Museum on the history of mobile telephones, with accompanying online programs

• A two-day conference at the Historic Houses Trust on the History of Australian architecture to coincide with Sydney Open weekend.

• A new educational program on art for high school students, delivered by the AGNSW to coincide with the Archibald Prize.

• A hard hat tour of the site at the MCA during construction for its new extension.

Each plan should include a short statement of the aim of the project and key objectives; a schedule of activities; an initial assessment of resources; a risk assessment; and include a list of the assumptions you have made.
