• “Mentoringtakesplacebetweenyoungpersons(i.e.,mentees)andolderormoreexperiencedpersons(i.e.,mentors)whoareactinginanon-professional helpingcapacitytoproviderelationship-basedsupport thatbenefitsoneormoreareasofthementee’sdevelopment” (MENTOR,2015,p.9)
